Good place to work, daily challenges
Technical Associate (Former Employee), Houston, TexasOctober 4, 2012
Pros: no clock to punch in and you worked til you got your job done.
Cons: sometimes there were too many things to do in one day, group meeting were sometimes an interference.
A typical day started with the previous day's notes on things to check first thing. Keeping reactors running was job one. Checking overnight operation and status was paramount. Co workers were very cooperative in many duties and likewise I cooperated with them in their duties. The most difficult part of the job was always making sure the reactors were – more... at a steady state and operating smoothly. The best part of the job was always a successful test run. – less

No values
Process Engineer (Former Employee), Thomaston GaDecember 8, 2011
Pros: the hours and days off
Cons: management and lack of education
If you like family atmosphere style manufacturing with a watch your back every step you make company. Then this is your place! I was an outsider and treated like one. To get someone in management to listen you have to know someone or well you know.....all i have to say is very arrogant, ignorant management staff.

fun workplace
Sales assistant (Former Employee), Glasgow, SCTDecember 9, 2013
Pros: free meals after a certian length of shift
Cons: dealing with drunk customers
as the criterion is a chip shop my typical shift at work was to take orders and promote current deals to customers. As this was my first job I learned I good and hard work ethic a learned how to participate with the team and help however I could. the management was shaky they were too casual at some points but then went back on their word for example – more... agree for time off then cancelling it because it didn't suit them. my co workers were fun and helped me each stage that I found difficult . the hardest part of the job was dealing with very unpleasant customers as it was my first job and the chip shop was next door to a pub. But after a few months a learned how to deal with them and have everyone leave happily with their meal. the most enjoyable part of the job was the staff they made the job seem so easy when at the start I found it difficult. – less

quiet and fun place
bartender (Former Employee), bristolSeptember 26, 2012
Pros: free drinks and food
Cons: too quiet sometimes could be boring.
i normal day was talk with all the customer, regular customers so you can meet so many different and interesting people.

The worse part is that sometimes it was so quiet and when you dont have too much work to do is a bit boring.
