EKG/EEG Tech (Former Employee), Cheyenne, WY – July 23, 2014
Pros: working in the er.
Cons: no camaraderie
Worked 9 hours a day. Myself and the other EKG/EEG Tech would switch days. Someways your on the floor in the hospital of in the ER. The importance of being quick and efficient. Management was alright but very unapproachable. Being in the ER and watching a patient die Being able to help detect serious problems for the patient and helping to make it right
Patient Representative Level II (Current Employee), Cookeville, TN – April 18, 2014
Pros: flexible understanding management
Cons: low wages
I am thankful for the opportunities that have been afforded to be at CRMC. The management in Registration is full of transformational leaders, who inspire and motivate their employees. The hardest part of my job is seeing the sick patients and wishing I could do more to make them comfortable. The most enjoyable part of my job is the interaction with – more... patients. My co-workers are great, and are all team oriented. I have learned more about programs, enhanced my phone etiquette and computer skills and become better at customer service at CRMC. – less
Cook (Former Employee), Shelby, NC 28150 – February 8, 2014
Preparing meals and prep work for the next day. I learned that when you present something on serving line that people like when they see it and want to buy it really makes you stop and appreciate people. Some management was ok to work with while others thought that they were better than you. Co-workers are the same way. Having to deal with co-workers – more... who criticize everything that you do. Turning out some nice looking dishes that people really seem to enjoy. – less
Respiratory Therapist (Current Employee), Needles, CA – April 23, 2012
Pros: not enough hours
Cons: friendly environment
I clock in then I run to ER to assist with any Respiratory emergency or if someone needs EKG I run the test. I check the ABg machine I fill supply's. I am willing to help RNs when I am not busy. I charge and chart all RT services done.
Workforce Manager (Former Employee) – August 8, 2011
There was a specific manager that was actually terrible. They were very two faced. Taking credit in front of the client for another person's work, and then yell at their employees. They made 1/2 their employees quit within 15 months.
