Overall, the old management is being replaced with a Lean 5-S system. Presently, things can be awkward as the culture changes - vision, people, and systems struggle to adapt.
Specific to me, Maintenance is thin, so the work-day is pretty much non stop. Some machine systems are current, but most are antiquated, so keeping things running is always a challenge.
