A typical day at the workplace starts out regularly with greeting all the staff, reading the tasks of the day on the team board, and giving myself extra time before clocking into the system for the day. What I learned about working in this environment is that every associate and manager team up together to create the sales that we tell our daily and new customers. The workplace culture I would say is a very laid back environment, and each associate is allowed to complete certain tasks that they are assigned to each shift. I would say one of the hardest parts of the job would have to be multi-tasking during the holiday season since that is the busiest time of year. However, each associate can work together to create a solution to each problem we might face. The most enjoyable part of the job would be creating a bond with each member of my team and working together to make the working environment comfortable and safe for one another.
