Oversaw the Pontiac-GMC sales department. Recruited, hired and trained sales team. Ordered new inventory from the factory. Met with advitisors and did advertising for dealership. Closed sales deals for sales team. Worked with banks to insure financing for auto deals. Hardest part of the job was hours worked, usually 80 per week. Most enjoyable was seeing individuals exceed their dreams in the amount of money they could make.
