CROWN offers a wide variety of staffing services that benefit area businesses. The most popular services provided are: Temporary Personnel for peak work loads and any other business condition that requires additional staff; the Temp-To-Hire program which allows employers to evaluate an employee before full-time employment is offered; and Payroll Service which eliminates payroll administration, cost of mandatory payroll benefits, workers' compensation and unemployment benefits.
CROWN also has an in-house training center for the purpose of training, cross-training and upgrading skills of the temporary employees in various software packages. The training center is equipped with the latest computer equipment and peripherals. The center's library of software contains all of the latest and most popular software and is being updated continually as new versions are released.
The firm's commitment to fair and honest business relationships with both clients and temporary employees has fostered continued growth year after year. During 2003, CROWN PERSONNEL SERVICES, INC. employed nearly 3,000 temporary employees and manages a database of approximately 20,000 applicants. CROWN recently purchased a WINDOWS based computer network, which is used to manage and maintain these databases resulting in better service to CROWN'S growing list of clients.
