Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee), Bridgeton, MOJanuary 28, 2013
Pros: well managed, nie pay, consistant working.
Cons: temp to hire process is slow.
this company is great, mainly because the managers are fair and considerate.Even though its a temp service, they have many jobs and ways to keep employees bussie. They have set me up with nice paying jobs and i was thankful. Some times it takes a little too long to get hired on threw the company but other than that, crown sevices is a great temp agency.

Excellent learning experience.
Palletizer Operater (Current Employee), Bradley, ILJanuary 4, 2013
Pros: fair pay, good benefits, safe, ergonomically sound work environment; chances for horizontal mobility, learning opportunities.
Cons: no real chance for vertical mobility, extremely production oriented, environment that emphasizes x-theory style management rather heavily.
Crown is possibly one of the better companies to work for, with good benefits and fair pay. The work is not hard nor is it dangerous. The management is very fair and knowledgeable. The people I worked with are all good people and hard workers. As a Palletizer Operator once, the job has been learned it mostly involves standing and watch the machines – more... to wait for it need reset. To get to this point though is a lot to learn and I did learn a lot about the internal workings of the machines and much of the facility. Vertical mobility is somewhat limited and policy seems to be weighted more heavily towards an X theory style of management than I am accustomed to. This is probably because as a manufacturer of aluminum can the profit margin is a little tight. My experiences at Crown are for the most positive and I have enjoyed learning about this facet of manufacturing, however I would like the opportunity for real career advancement. – less

Cons: only 1 ten minute break per shift

Sales and Service Assistant (Current Employee), Worcester, ENGJune 7, 2014
Pros: family unit of staff
Cons: working several late evening
I welcome people into the pub and give them time to make themselves at home as they make a choice for where they would like to sit. I have progressed in the needs of the customers before they ask. For example: if the glass on the table is nearly empty I inquire if the customer would like another drink.

The management are very friendly and easy to talk – more... to. They are also encouraging. I do find that I am constantly on my feet throughout the day. At times it can be hard to please every customer but I like to exceed their expectations. – less

Admin/Asst.Est head (Current Employee), New DelhiJuly 9, 2013
Cons: i worked 36 hour contineouly
On a daily basis i am checking the housekeeping work , security , kitchen, horticulture and golf .
We have been doing regular extra work like new construction in our property. Coordinating with vendors , negotiate the price and get the best quality work.

AMC for electric equipment , also organizing the events
My seniors and my staff are very supportive,

My – more... bosses and my company management are very good .

The hardest point of my job is to complete the work in good quality with good price .And I always get it

The enjoyable part to organize the events (party) by that I met big tycoons and also filled my telephone directory with good singar and Bollywood personalities. – less
