Well balanced work environment with lovely regular members
Lifeguard Supervisor (Current Employee) – Hamburg, NJ – September 12, 2017
A typical day of work consisted of maintaining the pool's cleanliness, pH and chlorine level of water, restock of First Aid kit and towels for guests/members, top service and hospitality with marketing skills, and watching the pools for safety.
I learned great hospitality, marketing, service, and communication skills.
Management for the pool was amazing; I feel I got lucky with what a great team I worked for. Very caring, considerate, and understanding; while simultaneously maintaining a professionalism.
Resort itself is very high-end, clean, beautiful, well-maintained, and pleasant for all visitors. Our members appreciate the resort and all its features as well. Great destination for weddings, as well as golf outings.
The hardest part of the job is keeping up with demands of guests/members, making sure they stay satisfied, and knowing what to do in emergency/impulsive situations that may arise.
The most enjoyable part of the job is working with an amazing staff, interacting with amazing members that regularly visit the pool, and of course the astonishing view you get to look at every day that you work at Crystal Springs.
