Bad Experience
Maintenance (Former Employee), Anaheim, CAJune 2, 2014
Pros: hour breaks
Cons: . low pay, night shifts
I got hired on May 16, 2104 and I started working on May 17, 2014 and I got trained that same day but the assistant supervisor said I was not able to clock in or clock out without an employee number which you need so you can get paid. The next day I went to work on a saturday night the supervisor was trying to find my employee number and nobody had – more... an idea what was going on with my employee number, so the mainhead sent me home. I was really mad because I basically worked for free. The had been calling me to go work but I did not show up because i just did not want to deal with it anymore. And i did not even get paid for that night I worked – less

A new call center.
Customer Service (Former Employee), san antonio, TexasDecember 12, 2013
Pros: the hours that i had worked.
Cons: they do not congruent with their slogan.
Taking inbound calls. What I've learned CSG waste money when it pertains to clearances on a particular project. When the call volume is low they will put you somewhere where you would have to earn that position back. Management is ok but they need to be on the same page when it comes to management. The hardest part was working on a project that I didn't – more... like. The most enjoyable part was the co-workers. – less

unproffessional, unethical, low standard.
Direct care Professional (Former Employee), Williamsport, PANovember 30, 2013
Pros: training with medication, various medical apparatus was great!
Cons: employee conduct and conflict managment, was very unprofessional.
My experience at this company was not good. The wages to low for the type of work performed. The staff very confrontational and unprofessional. Management and employee conduct was substandard and unethical. To perform the duty's without
being subjected to unethical and immoral behavior was a challenge.

Overall good company. Broken in some departments. I don't agree with the organizational structure. There are no single leaders for divisions, but rather within functions, which does not always lead to making the best business decisions.

friendly co workers
Material Handler (Former Employee), Hammond, INJuly 25, 2013
Pros: enjoyable co workers
Cons: management
on a work day we go through dozens of boxes of trim that have to go on the racks for sequencers, the hardest part of the job is dealing with management, they are so manipulative and will basically do anything to get you to do what they want you to do, even though it is a union job, the union does try their best to help you out every now and then.........even – more... though the union chairman that works there does and agrees with everything management says, so your stuck either way, the fun part of the job is, is that you can enjoy the fun your trying to have with your co workers while working and doing your job as your supposed to do. – less
