Regional Manager, Clinical Audit, Compliance, Nashville, TN - January 30, 2015
The company is no longer in existence. I traveled 90% of the time in the last year of employment. I learned to communicate with employees of diverse backgrounds in the centers and at the home office level. My co workers were helpful and worked cohesively as a team ( mostly in the last year of my employment with the company) The hardest part of the job was also the most rewarding and challenging. Traveling 90% of the time and also completing assigned tasks and completing reports of travel on time. Also participating in phone conferences and conducting meetings onsite and via phone. The job was enjoyable to see positive results and also gratification when completing positive reinforcement. The co workers ( in the last year of employment) made the job enjoyable and gratifying.
