A typical day at work consist of 3 hours in a queue answering random patient calls, assisting patient with medication refills and insurance documentation. The other 5 hours consist of managing a case load of about 80-90 Patient cases, speaking with assigned patients, nurses, doctors, reimbursement programs and pharmacies.
I've learned how to be extremely organized, and manage a large amount patient information. I love my co-workers. We work as a team to accomplish many goals. There isn't really a hard part to my job. I've been here for almost two years and everything is second nature at this point. The most enjoyable part is speaking with customers.
