Horrible treatment of employees
Material Handler/Clerk (Former Employee) – Colton, CA – June 15, 2017
They had me working 8,9,10 up to 13 days consecutively without a day off. They would ask me to work overtime routinely, which wasn't a problem. However, they would ask 5-10 minutes before your original time to leave. Other times it wasn't a choice, but actually mandatory. Yet you had no previous knowledge of the extra hours you are about to now work. They gave me a position as clerk and then took it away and said that it was because they needed me more on the production line. They make you take your lunch within the first 2 hours of work, then give you 2 breaks during your last hour of work. I was told when I started as a temporary employee, that I would be able to become a permanent employee after 3 months of employment. I was there for 6 1/2 months before I finally quit.
short breaks, sporadic breaks, no breaks sometimes.
