I would recommend implementing company wide incentive programs to the employees to increase client development, employee motivation and team work capacity. The incentive programs need not be about monetary value received but more about achievement "levels" of acquired skills and abilities in the workplace as an employee.
EX: By seeking to improve client fitness and health awareness, an achievement program can be designed to monitor progress according to outlined criteria by the client and behavioral specialist and the management team with the employee to monitor employee progress with the application and success of each step. Accomplishing a step can lead to goals for the client and awards, recognition for the employee that could be reviewed from a portal in the company website.

Another thought would be to include social assessments in the initial assessment for a client based not on their standing in everyday society or at home but with client compatibility in residential settings. The hope would be to improve client relationships in the home and out of home settings so that the clients can better understand each other. To often, client relationship complications would interfere with an independent client's growth leading to stalled development and tension.
