Under this leadership, for the past four decades, CTE has provided diverse services and advocacy to reduce the physical, economic, and psychological barriers to self-sufficiency for low-income individuals, families, and communities, giving them the ability to rise out of poverty.

To accomplish our mission, CTE provides direct client services at its headquarters in the Lathon Wider Community Center in the South End of Stamford. We provide services to all segments of the low-income (200% of the federal poverty level or below) residents of the Greater Stamford community, including people from all races, ages, and religions, as well as those with special needs. CTE recognizes the diversity of its customers and serves those customers with staff members who speak English, Spanish, French, and Creole. In 2004, CTE has served over 4,000 customers through over 30 programs. – lessMore from ZoomInfo »
