Pros: es una cooperativa y me propusieron ser socia, esto suponía mayor estabilidad laboral.
Cons: es trabajo de calle, tenía que hacer el trabajo muy deprisa e irme corriendo hacia el otro domicilio, no siempre se cuenta objetivamente todo el tiempo trabajado.
Un día típico es salir de casa hasta el primer domicilio, sobre las 8 de la mañana, donde encontramos al primer usuario dependiente, normalmente hay que hacerle la higiene. Después de una hora, el usuario o usuaria tienen que estar listos; al siguiente servicio, más o menos lo mismo... A media mañana, a veces se hacen servicios de compras y acompañamientos; – more... a mediodía puede que se hagan dietas. He aprendido muchísimo del contacto humano, cariño, tolerancia con las personas, las enfermedades... La dirección se portó muy bien, los colegas muy solidarios.
La parte más difícil del trabajo venía cuando había que mover a una persona totalmente dependiente, aunque puede hacerse os lo aseguro. Lo sé porqué lo he hecho. Y, también, cuando se te muere alguién. Aprendes a llevarlo con el tiempo, pero siempre duele.
Me gustó y, me sigue gustando, la parte humana que conlleva este trabajo. – less
