A typical day at work for me included process review and corrective action fixes for those reviews of other engineers programs. The second half of my day included working on my own programs. For these I had to solve issues that prevented parts from being made to drawing.
I learned a lot working for CTL; a lot of basics and fundamentals which were key to me growing as a manufacturing engineer. The issue was what I wasn't learning. As an entry level engineer, one is expected to work by ones self and also with others to gain knowledge that others have learned. With this company, they almost seemed to deter working with others. As stated before, the company was not equipped to handle entry level engineers.
