While the benefits and perks are great here (free Starbucks, small gym, free lunch 2 days a week, free soda), they mask underlying issues at the company.
The regular employees work hard and there's a camaraderie that makes each day worthwhile. However, management is clueless. There's a huge void between management and their employees, a major "us vs. them" mentality that shows no sign of being repaired.
The work/life balance is excellent, which is what kept me there for so long. As well as my coworkers. But don't expect much loyalty from those above you.
Good perks like free Starbucks and free lunch twice a week.
Clueless management that focus on the wrong things.
