Cubist Pharmaceuticals is a company with great vision of tomorrow's pharma
Senior Specialist, Quality Systems (Current Employee) – Lexington, MA – July 25, 2013
Cubist Pharmaceuticals is a great company that values their employees which leads to great collaboration between peers, groups, departments and management.
I've learned (through trial and error) how to successfully mitigate redundances while remaining compliant with the agencies regulations and the industry's expectations. One of the hardest thing is being a virtual company which has manufacturers world wide which makes real-time collaboration challenging.
excellent compensation packages and car wash on site
cafe portions are small (lol) for people who don't count calories!

acquired by a larger company; change is in the wind
Associate (Former Employee) – Lexington, MA – November 6, 2014
Mostly a good place to work, a few bad eggs across departments are creating an inefficient work place. In my past scenario many people worked hard while others were allowed to relax. Limited room for growth because of a top heavy management mentality.
lack of communication across departments, duplication of work, inefficient
Four plus years of excellent environment. Leaving upon hostile acquisition.
Principal Business Analyst (Current Employee) – Lexington, MA – April 22, 2015
Great place, the best research, mgmt trying hard to make the environment & culture attractive to long trerm employees. Phenmoenal growth ... until the decision to take the offer of an acquirer. Company is already a shell of it's formaer self and top staff heading out. Poor decison by the BOD and a shame.

- Co-workers are extremely smart people - Learned a great deal in the various functions of commercialization in the pharma industry - Management promotes high level of collaboration - Hardest part of the job was to verify data from the various databases - Most enjoyable part of the job was collaborating with different departments to reach a common goal
