A typical Day at Work for me is clocking in Monitoring and supervising children though out school hours. making sure that students are where they need to be when they need to be there. resolving conflicts between students when opportunity arises. Deciding disciplinary actions such as, Lunch detentions, Saturday school detention or office resolution. I've learned to be a team player to listen to people and have the discipline to be corrected when wrong and the ability to work under stressful circumstances if needed. Like I said I am a team player and love my coworkers and people/staff that is there. The hardest part of my job is dealing with people that chose not to listen, coming to an agreement when a conflict is presented. The greatest part of my job is feeling like I am making a difference. A lot of the students I encounter come from a harsh background and come A lot of times expecting to just be heard.
