Dont waste your time. Nothing but lazy management, and poor equipment. They have a good ol boy system which you will never get around. Avoid this place like the plague. Poor equipment, and extremely uneducated management. Not to mention ancient equipment.

Favoritism overrules work ethic and determination, overall a decent company to start your oil field journey but not one you'll want to invest more than 5 years into.
Pros
Stayed busy through the oil down turn

This company has an awesome safety program but they expect you to work a month long and they tell you you will get days off but you dont. Just a suggestion to the management if you want to keep workers go to a 14 and 7 day schedule otherwise you will keep the high turnover rate.
Pros
Good safety program
Cons
They keep the time off schedule a secret and need to pay a little more

Operator (Former Employee) –  Hobbs, NMJune 20, 2017
At first they paint a pretty picture of how good the job is and you work a lot of hours and show how muck money your going to make all sounds great. The checks are good, sleeping in a hot truck with no air-conditionor, port-a potties not clean, no food only what you take (snacks) not paying your per-deem. Not knowing your scheduled, 4 days off not true, they just give you 24 hrs. No supervisor skills and some supervisors yell at you and degrade you and after a long days work not good at all. Some of the reviews are true, but most of them seem like they wrote them lure you in, FYI. If you accept the job, say good by to your kids, family and social life guaranteed, it be a awhile before you see them again. Think about how much advertiszing they do, employee turn around is unbelievable.

money you work for

Challenging
Northern Division Manager (Former Employee) –  Elk City, OKJune 12, 2017
Day usually started before 7am receiving updates on how operations went over the previous 12 hours. Depending on daily task either I verified operations was running smoothly or I was preparing for a meeting with a client. Each day brought a new challenge with additional learning. Conversation was held weekly with upper management to communicate the success or failures. The workplace culture was fast past and being a 24hr 365 service company there was not many days off with out some type of involvement from myself. Hardest part of the job was disconnecting work from family time. The most enjoyable part was it was a new challenge daily.

Equipment/Pump Operator (Former Employee) –  Odessa, TXJune 7, 2017
This company is great for those with a degree and those who are given chances to learn and move up but those who move up are very few and it takes along time. The yard I worked for was poorly ran and it did not listen to employees and help employees.
Pros
It could have great benefits if you can ever get there to enjoy it
Cons
Hard to move up, and the pay.

Good co-workers/poor management
Electronics Technician (Current Employee) –  Odessa, TXMay 16, 2017
job/co-workers are agreeable and one good side of this business.
There is very poor to virtually no management. You can never get a straight answer or a professional direct manager at this business.
Nepotism is ridiculously high here.
If you are not a friend or family memnber then there is no room for advancement and no priority for you on scheduling time off.
You will never know schedule, they have had many employees that do not return after days off; so therefore they never let you know when you will have days off and the future schedule is kept very secretive.

Due to employee turnover rate there are always new people, which includes person who would most likely be training you.
It is due to this reason that there is not much experience to gain here.

You must pay for your own medical which is very pricey, they cover possibly 10-15% of costs on most benefits.
Pros
Work 120+hrs per week
Cons
Poor pay, no management, benefits are very low compared to others in this area
