Cudd Pays their employees very well. However, they have no rotation and You are gone all the time. You are on call 24/7. You don't know if you will be home for an event or if you are going to be called out on a job. there is no planning of any kind.
the typical day was long depending on the job but most of the time it was long but u got to be with your coworkers and get to know them more they became your family and nothing was hard everyone worked together to get the job done

most enjoyable part of the job is when i made lead mechanic getting to go to the field to work when i wanted or be in the shop, i learned alot from lube bay to all operation of equipment making supervisor of my own crew.

I used to work an average of 110 hrs a week when we were fracking and made crazy bank.The management at the top was more detrimental to the work than anything else. They were completely short sighted and out of touch with the reality on the ground and they had many chances to correct problems and did nothing.
