Hand/mechanic (Current Employee) – Canton, PA – October 29, 2013
Cudd Pays their employees very well. However, they have no rotation and You are gone all the time. You are on call 24/7. You don't know if you will be home for an event or if you are going to be called out on a job. there is no planning of any kind.
Field Engineer / Equipment Operator IV (Former Employee) – San Antonio, TX – September 21, 2017
Dont waste your time. Nothing but lazy management, and poor equipment. They have a good ol boy system which you will never get around. Avoid this place like the plague. Poor equipment, and extremely uneducated management. Not to mention ancient equipment.
Learned new skills, I loved working for this company. Safety meetings were held daily, the environment felt like working in a home away from home. Being an employee at Cudd was an rewarding experience. The management staff were always available and helpful and the workplace culture was centered around family values.
Meal were provided, on site
Not enough Home time, There was a charge for Housing.
