The ideal candidate fulfills the following qualifications:
A passion for food and service
Desire to always present the best product possible
Supervisory experience and excellent supervisory skills
Culinary degree required for executive sous and catering cooks
Proficient with Microsoft Office
3+ years corporate dining experience
5+ years fine dining and banquet dining
Knowledge of seasonal ingredients and cooking methods and styles
Must have exceptional knowledge of how to prepare food, taste, and cook by recipe and experience
Additional qualifications for all positions:
3+ years of consistent customer service
Excellent communication skills
Able to present on a timely manner
Able to work ahead and plan ahead of a day’s work
Follow directions and guidance from other managers
Ability to work well with others and be open to direction
Maintain HACCP and ServeSafe program requirements
Must follow safety and sanitations rules
Valid driver’s License and clean record
Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
Commitment to the service values and ethics of the client company
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25-50 # (depends on position)
Employee must be able to work on their feet, work under pressure and work under deadlines during peak periods.
