The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the direct support and/or coordination of Culinetwork products, maintaining client's satisfaction and working with each client to increase their revenue, profitability and sustainability. The direct focus is on support, client satisfaction and productivity.
In order to achieve the goals of Administrative Assistant, specific knowledge and actions are necessary. Understanding the restaurant environment (previous restaurant experience preferred), product knowledge (training provided), some knowledge of finance and restaurant operations are prerequisites to success for our restaurant industry niche. As an Administrative Assistant, you are the go to person for client coordination, including but not limited to administrative boarding of new clients and assisting with day to day operations; scheduling; travel arrangements; client visits; light book keeping; cloud based Sales and CRM entry/updates/coordination; data coordination for strategic reporting and projects as needed.
The Administrative Assistant is part of a larger team representing Culinetwork, therefore absolute professionalism is expected, including superior grooming, hygiene, dress and presentation. We value a high level of integrity with a contagious enthusiasm for our products.
This position currently requires up to 10% travel in a 300 mile radius of Cincinnati, Ohio and up to 10% domestic travel.

Are self supporting after training
May have the ability to telecommute (work from home) up to 80%
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
Travel as a passenger in aircraft that may include private prop or jet as well as commercial aircraft
Be available for urgent communication between 8AM and 11PM local time

Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record

Compensation will be based on factors that may include experience, client performance, self performance, company performance, abilities and other factors. Paid training is provided.
