Curative's Birth-to-Three Program provides pediatric outpatient therapy services and special education to children ages birth to 3 years in Milwaukee County who have a developmental delay. Curative is the largest provider of Birth to Three services in Milwaukee County.

All of Curative's therapists are licensed, certified professionals who are experienced in working with children. Curative's teachers are certified by the Department of Public Instruction for early childhood/exceptional education needs.
The Curative Birth to Three program provides services to Milwaukee County families in natural environments, where children typically spend their day, including the home, a day care center, a neighborhood library, park or other public place, or locations selected by the family and therapists.
