Deals with customer and has a team like environment. Easy accessibilty to supervisors assistance.

Worked very well with co-workers. Clients come in from dayservice program, have a snack i cook dinner, pass meds. They watch tv, i clean up kitchen. Clients are bathed. The hardest part was getting some clients to take a bath. I enjoyed working with the clients and teaching them how to cook, play differ games.

Co-workers were very supportive, friendly and helpful.
Management maintained an open door policy; easy to approach, easy to talk to and great problem resolution ideas.

A typical day at work is doing cares,activities,lunch for clients, cares,then preparing for departure.
