The amount of hours expected is unreasonable. They expect you to see 8-9 patients/day with each visit in the home being a minimum of 30 min. Doing this in 8 hrs is impossible, but that's all you get paid for. You will work 10+ hrs per day on a regular basis. Then there is call.

No. Pay for on call/after hours is pennies on the dollar. On salary you are working on average 12 hours or more but paid 8. No comp time either.
Benefits are pathetic. They are not willing/able to provide for their patients much less an employee.
