We start the day off in role call. Then we clean our grounds that are assigned.Then we go in units and janitorize them so they will be move in ready.

Cons: very diverse, too many personalities to deal with, corruption.
Great place to oversee varied construction projects from design phase to construction and project delivery. Great place to learn government functions, forms & paperwork, work alongside with architects, engineers, stakeholders/clients, residents, employees and newer technologies.

Its a nice place to work as far as benefits , but at the time pay was sort of low for a county worker. I think that they should focus more on customer service to better service the communities to whom they support.
