A very bad place to work.
CNA, TMA, Pharmacy Clerk (Former Employee), Crosby, MNJuly 15, 2014
Pros: co workers
Cons: no management support, short staffing, emtionally draining
A normal day at work consisted of working short staffed and rushing around trying to get every one dressed, fed, and get their medication. I learned how to be efficient and how to communicate well. Management was horrible, they work us short and expect us to be able to take care of people properly which does not work. They do not address resident or – more... staff issues the way they deserve to be. The hardest part of it is knowing that you are doing the best you can with what you have, but that its not good enough for patient care. The most enjoyable part was being in constant contact with people and having great coworkers. – less

Summary

Working night shift I have had wonderful RN supervisors, and the staff all get along well. It is a drama free environment in which we all work together. I enjoy my job because the charge nurse allows me to use my assessment skills while evaluating residents, and works with me to decide a plan of care. This is great on the job training and very appreciated.

Fun and very Family like place to work.
Medical Biller (Former Employee), Crosby, MNJanuary 5, 2014
On a daily basis, I wouls answer phone call from patients insurance companies etc. I would send out bills either self pay, patient responsibility after insurance etc.I would also do follow up to make sure there were no errors on the claims, and if there was why there were there. I would then fix it and resubmit the claim. I learned a lot from people – more... I worked with it to, I really enjoyed working there, they truly became apart of a family. I very much enjoyed my job. THe only thing that was hard for me was the gossip. as we all know when you have that many wonan in a room its bound to happen, but it almost felt like high school. But I learned a lot from that as well, just be yourself and if people don't like you kill them with kindness and say its not my day to care what people think of me. – less

I love working at CRMC. I like the people I work with. My supervisor is very understandable that I am also in school full time and works with me at my schedule around finals.
