Cons: very few brakes.
I worked as a "float nurse" Everyday was a different area of the hospital. Working as a float nurse, gave me the opportunity to learn in all areas of nursing. Most enjoyable part was that the float nurse was used to fill in where a nurse needed to be and the staff was always appreciated that you were on their unit.
