Pros: third shift no hassle and good pay rate with direct deposit
This was good job and well maintained and organized with people who are willing to help and provide assistance and more training if needed to operate newer machines with a very mellow work place with a understanding and hard working crew
Pros: showing individuals how to become independent in the real world
Cons: no overtime
Love working with this company always very busy and productive. I've learned different people personality and goals, good management and my co-workers were just like extended family spent a lot of time together outside of work. The hardest part was dealing with individuals who had a bad morning at home and brought it to work. I just enjoy working with people period.
