Best Contracting Company One Can Work For
Help Desk - IT Technician (Current Employee), Baltimore, MDMay 15, 2014
Pros: benefits, time off, security clearance
Cons: no wage increases, no bonuses
Cybercore Technologies is a permanent contractor. Meaning you are a permanent employee of Cybercore but you will be contracted out to another company. In my case it was University of Maryland Medical Systems. The pay is great, even though there are no bonuses or raises. They do promise within 18 months you can get your security clearance pending a polygraph. – more... They do offer benefits, though they are not very good, but that is more than some companies offer. This is a great opportunity. – less

Upcoming and Professional place with a great atmosphere.
Systems/Network Technician/ Cable Specialist (Current Employee), Elkridge, MD 21075January 17, 2014
Most projects are not completed in a single day. Typical projects are weeks long but days go by very productive and fast. While at Cybercore Technologies, you will learn shipping & receiving procedures as well as Information Technology protocols. Management can lack at times due to inexperience, but it's a work in progress. Co-workers are what makes – more... the days worthwhile. Like any business setting, Co-workers can make or break your day. Here at Cybercore, most of my days are made. The hardest part of the day is making sure everything is accounted for and counted properly. There are a lot of moving parts in the IT field as well as shipping and receiving, so you have to keep up on your work or you will fall behind quickly. The most enjoyable part of the job are once build projects are completed and on to the next one. Job security. – less

The pay well and leave you alone. Not for people that want day to day attention from company, but pay well
