Top management is unfair . The Ceo have a daughter and friends who have Supervisors position if they don't like you , you might get fired because they will stock and harass you and ask other employees about you also .

Little training. Learned alot about insurance.W/out info on the hospitals we worked for and without state guidelines. Never got info we needed to talk to patients. Bad atmospheres,and no advancement. Stay away!

Cymetrix was a purely run office in Nashville.

Cymetrix Nashville office closed within 6 months of my hire date. The training for this position was very good, but once on the floor ; supervisors were not helpful. The pay was good, but business closed.

The work required close attention to detail and knowledge of medical conditions and social security disability criteria. Co-workers were helpful. Assisting customers with applying for assistance was very rewarding and made coming to work rewarding as well as easy. Cymetrix as a whole is very disorganized and policies are up for interpretation.
