We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our company and a brief synopsis of the services that we offer. These services are provided by a professional and diverse staff with decades of combined quality assurance experience. The required personnel and skills are matched to each client's specific need.
A brief summary of our services are:
Vendor Surveillance: Our inspectors serve as on-site client representatives who provide assurance that the quality level of materials and equipment meet defined requirements. Inspectors verify if vendors properly implement all required specifications and procedures during the manufacturing, inspection and testing of engineered materials and equipment. The inspection scope is determined by the client requirements noted in the Inspection Test Plan (ITP). This could involve just a final inspection, or a more complex plan involving a Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM), in-process inspections, witnessing of tests performed as well as review of all documentation and certificates.
Infrared Thermal Inspection: Infrared thermal inspections of industrial electrical systems, high voltage switchgear and electrical substations. Petro-Chemical related infrared thermal inspections of furnace/heater tubes, refractory lined vessels, Fluid Catalyst Cracking Units (FCCU), regenerators, reactors, tank levels and pressure vessels. Energy Power Plant inspections of boilers, rotating equipment and high voltage electrical systems. Power Utility related inspections of electrical substations, overhead transmission lines (via helicopter) and distribution lines (ground).
Quality Assurance / Quality Control: Includes assistance in preparation of QA/QC Program Manuals, Training Programs, Quality Program Audits, Writing and Approving Weld Procedures, and a variety of other related tasks.
Risk Based Inspection: Utilized to create an accurate, well targeted inspection strategy based on risk. Inspection plans are developed to mitigate the specific failure mechanisms identified. This process is applicable to both offshore and onshore installations.
Vendor Surveys and Audits: Providing new potential vendor assessments, updating information for existing vendors utilized, assist with developing approved vendor lists and helping to identify quality issues and develop resolutions.
Shipping and Container Inspections: Visual inspections prior to crating/packaging as well as inspections of the crating/packaging. Verify stenciling of crates/packages, weights, volumes, quantities, etc. meet client requirements. Witnessing of container loading/unloading, fastening of containers with proper devices to ensure arrival of undamaged material.
Expediting Services: Expediting is an integral part of the procurement process. Expediters provide our clients with timely and accurate reports concerning their vendor's adherence to manufacturing and delivery schedules. They also assist in preventing clients from experiencing costly delays in project schedules due to lack of diligence. We work to notify our client's immediately of all factors that might affect the timely delivery of their equipment or services. – less–ZoomInfo
