Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) – Newnan, GA 30265 – October 26, 2017
Good company to work for minus management. You never know how many hours you're going to work until you report for work. this does not give you enough notice to prepare if you have children. The heat is excruciating!
Benefits are good
Communication as far as production hours is awful. No set break times.
Outbound Shipping Supervisor (Current Employee) – Harrisburg, PA – September 8, 2017
We had a difference of opinion in management. Not much was able to be learned as training is not a priority for leadership. A very fast paced, demanding place to work. Recent upper management replacements have created an unfriendly work emvironment
ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT, MIS (Former Employee) – Harrisburg, PA – August 24, 2017
Run by autocratic and abusive executives. Shouting heard 50 feet away were a weekly occurrence. Bad executive vision. Some really good people in pockets, trapped by geography (they can't/won't move). "Hall monitoring" is commonplace.
Relaxed culture but clickish and operationally immature
Senior Windows Systems Administrator (Former Employee) – Harrisburg, PA – April 4, 2017
Fun place to work but it's a $3B mom and pop shop. IT management handcuffed by incompetence at higher levels. Operationally immature. IT staff are forced to work overtime with very little comp-time and are expected to respond to system alerts 24x7 even if you are not officially "on-call". Their story is "this is an ESOP(Employee Stock Ownership Partnership) so everyone is in effect working for a company they own" While this is true and a good motivator make no bones about it, it is exploited. If the president puts in 60hrs then you should be willing to do the same.
People that work there are mostly good people. Relaxed atmosphere
You are married to the company. IT staff is never trully "off the clock".
Picker/Packer (Current Employee) – Bolingbrook, IL – January 3, 2017

Sales Specialist (Current Employee) – Harrisburg, PA – February 16, 2016
90+ year old private company with considerable growth potential. Everyone is friendly and eager to achieve company goals. Advancement opportunities may be less than desirable because no one ever leaves.
Field Sales / Territory Account Manager (Former Employee) – Harrisburg, PA – September 13, 2015
Overall, the company is a great company to work for. Although there is always room for improvement. They need to be more ahead of the game when releasing new offerings to their customers or releasing new products or programs. Company is very conservative so sometimes trying to get exceptions on request are difficult.
Warehouse employee (Former Employee) – Bolingbrook, IL – September 9, 2015
This workplace makes themselves sound like one of the best places to work by encouraging you to participate in activities and giving away damaged inventory as prizes. Truth is management in the office are not connected to any of the warehouse employees and let the department managers and supervisors treat employees unfairly. There is a lot of favoritism and do not care for your opinions, once you speak about something you thing is wrong or have an opinion they will treat you different, set you up for failure and fire you. There is no confidentiality in human resources because he is related supervisor in the inbound department. Everyone in management is related to each other so if you have a problem with one you have a problem with all.
Order Puller (Former Employee) – Fresno, CA – March 24, 2015
Treated better then your typical warehouse position. Management is friendly but hard to track down in a large warehouse, I think if more of the procedures like getting a updated serial number were automated instead of looking for management to help things would run faster and smoother.
fun contests every month, slient auctions are awesome.
