Very high stress work environment run as private, Italian family company with irrational, emotional decisions being made daily.
The "disapproving father" culture is driven by CEO and executive management team. Things that should be celebrated are often made insignificant and small. Too much is expected of individual people and the company is obsessed with asking it's employees to do more with less. The high performers and "doers" are overlooked, over worked and under appreciated while the people who create road blocks and friction are praised.
Colleagues make the work culture bearable, and there are some really great people there.
