Very abusive work enviroment. Personal attacks are normal. Employee's compared to trained monkeys by upper management. Would be a great company if this type of treatment was not accepted. Unfortunately it is expected. Not a position to pursue if you have children. Your #1 priority is expected to be DR HORTON not your family. Employees are not looked at as valuable but replaceable. When interviewing(anywhere) ask how many long term employee's the have. A good company will have more employees that have been there more than 2 years than those who have not. Good Luck
