2-4 years of recent work experience is required.
Strong customer service
General computer knowledge and experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Answering multi phone lines and directing callers to appropriate personnel
Greets clients and supports other admin members.
Must be computer savvy.
