We seek candidates for Office Assistant/Clerk to perform daily secretarial / clerical / administrative assistance and support for Design & Construction activities.
- Review and assembly of change order documentation associated with construction projects
- Review of payment submission documents for Emergency Cost Plus Percentage Fee contracts
- Perform reviews in accordance with policies and procedures
- Create and work within spreadsheets / database and other applications
- Position requires knowledge of MS Office and Windows programs - to include typing letters, reports,
email correspondence and electronic filing, as well as other duties as necessary.
