Join our Team! We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative
The core duty of the Inside Sales Representative is to find potential buyers. DWM’s Inside Sales Representative will be conducting initial needs assessments; determining levels of interest; and imparting DWM’s service reputation features and benefits. Often the first communication link established, the Inside Sales Representative must convey honesty and integrity, thus establishing the foundation for successful long term business relationships. For example, in a typical day, you will research and warm call potential clients; catalog all pertinent contact information within our Salesforce CRM; continuously gathering key purchasing characteristic data.
Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional listening & and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates effective time management
Self-motivated and competitive; able to meet specific sales objectives
Direct inside sales experience is not required
A college education is preferred
Excellent computer skills including CRM and Microsoft Office experience is a plus
Displays a friendly, professional manner with potential clients and colleagues alike.

The position is an entry level hourly, full-time opportunity with company benefits. While not required, the position could have the potential for the right individual to evolve into a Regional Business Development management role.
