Implementation Specialist

Job Description/Responsibilities

a) All tasks necessary to implement the DaVincian software including sales support, requirements gathering, installation, customization and configuration, client data loads, custom rules (knowledge and business) development, etc.
b) Project Management
c) Documentation of projects, meetings, implementations, and releases
d) Training of customers and partners
e) Customer support where required
f) Ensure client satisfaction through successful implementation of the DaVincian Revenue Cycle Solutions.
g) Consistently executes implementation process and methodology
h) Validate and test application

2-3 years experience working within hospital revenue cycle environment (Patient Access or Patient Accounting)
3-5 years Implementation and Training experience, preferably with hospital revenue cycle technology solutions
- Patient Access Management technology
- Denial Management/Accounts Receivable Management technology
Project Management skills and experience with the ability to “drive” implementation projects to completion

Strong Communications Skills (written and verbal) – prior technical writing a plus
Strong technical aptitude – software and SQL experience a plus
Business Applications: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Project Management software
Self starter able to multitask and manage time with minimal supervision required
Ability to document, track, and complete a project or implementation from inception to completion while meeting deadlines and milestones
Capable of training medium to large groups of people

Travel (40-50%)
Location preference: Austin or Houston
Remote employees will be considered
