Hours are ridiculous >16 hr says that are exhausting and unsafe for the patients. Lack of support for RNs who are over worked and underpaid in FL. PCTs pushed to quit due to poor pay and excessive demands to work when not scheduled or when others quit which is frequent occurrence.

You will work when they want you to work and as long as they want you to work. Don't ask for a day off especially in November or December that's only for management. Long horrible days that never end. I started at 5am and worked till 5pm most days, until I neared the 40 hour mark then I had only a partial day. Wouldn't want to give you overtime.

Could be MWF or TTS or a combination of both dependent on businesss needs. Typical 3 days a week. Not including nocturnal shifts, normal business hours shifts can start as early as midnight to as late as 11am. A shift is about 12 hours with two 30 minutes break off the clock if you are in California.
