For the longest I struggled to find out what my carreer path was, untill I discovered the Dialysis Field. I started taking the course wich I enjoyed to the fullest, expensive but worth it. Untill I got laid off from Highland Hospital in Oakland, which paid me great and helped pay for my school training. I was devastedated since I had to force self to quitting! :0(
This only made me more passionate especially when I found out that my grandmother could be a dialysis care receiver.Little did I know then that she would not make it and passed away in July 2011.
My point is that Ive been applying at Davita and I would Love starting from the bottom as an administrative assistant or scheduling coordinator, I have those skills and experience to qualify for those positions. I understand once established with company theres room to grow, learn and care for these patients. I hope it works out to my benefit esoecially since I would be a EXCELLENT ADDITION TO THE TEAM OF PATIENT CARE.

Do you work at Davita? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?
Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I applied on line yesterday and received an email requesting that I call them for an interview. Would like a little information on the company, dress code and anything else you would like to share...

Hi,
I recently moved from Indiana, and I am considering applying for an RD position with DaVita. I would like to hear from other RD's working with DaVita. Is DaVita a good company to work for? What are the Pros/Cons of working for Davita?
Thanks
Nancy

I recently spoke with a recruiter regarding an administrator's position in South Florida. Is the organization a good place to work for? What are the salaries for facility administrators in Florida?

What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?
How does Davita stack up against the competition?
