People are nice, but job security is an issue.
Pros: Great benefits
Cons: Job insecurity
The hardest part of this job was keeping up with the large quantity of work that had to be done, with very little help from others even when they were asked for it. Management was not supportive of me when I would explain that help was asked for, but not given. I learned how to use the electronic medical system and how that all works via the computer. Lastly, I'd say the best and most enjoyable part of my job was being able to make my own hours during the week and the freedom that entailed.
