Our traveling professionals are required to carry personal professional liability insurance. We match the needs of our customers with the experience of our employees to create the most positive work environment for both.
Fees include convenience and timesaving for our customers. There are two payment options:
A flat hourly rate which includes provision of professional coverage, transportation, meals and lodging. Hourly rate for time worked plus expenses associated with travel.
Quotes are unique to each assignment and, when possible, are provided well in advance. We strive to be very competitive to assure our customers get the highest quality service. We appreciate long term relationships and do all we can to assure our relationship continues.
We take care of our employees so you don't have to. DAKOTA MED TEMPS, Inc makes all travel and lodging arrangements for our employees. All of the paperwork and payroll issues (withholding taxes, worker's compensation and unemployment insurance, etc.) are covered by DAKOTA MED TEMPS, Inc. Our traveling employees are also eligible for benefits including referral bonuses, healthcare coverage and a SIMPLE IRA plan. Traveling employees choose when and where they want to work, resulting in greater job satisfaction and providing our customers with the highest quality of service possible.
