Dakota Medical Foundation (DMF) is looking for a talented person of high integrity to fulfill the role of Executive Assistant. JOB PURPOSE:

The Executive Assistant helps DMF executive staff, board, committee members and donors reach their full potential through exceptional communication, service, and coordination of details.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

*Enhance the “DMF experience” by providing the service, support, and proactive communication that helps others realize their potential and maximize impact. Tangible results will include greater organization, efficiency and information sharing for the president, staff, board, members and donors.

*Plan, prepare and pull details together to facilitate board and committee meetings and events. Provide supporting materials that are high quality, error-free and prepared in a timely fashion.

*Generate the quarterly Strategic Platform Dashboard by effectively collaborating with and soliciting performance information from key staff members.

*Manage donor relationships by administering and using our software system to improve communication with donors, provide donation receipts, keep a pulse on donor activity, and provide the president, development director, and finance director with the information they need to be effective.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Minimum of 2 year associates degree preferred.
*Five years of related experience preferred.
*Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
*Ability to work as part of a team and to work independently and be a self-starter.
*Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups.
*Possess strong clerical and customer service skills.
*Possess proficient use of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
*Exceptional attention to detail, organization, problem solving and time management skills.
*Experience with donor management systems or customer relationship management systems a plus
