Pros: very flexable schedule, reasonable pay including annual bonuses, semi-independent work inviornment.
Cons: can be a lilttle unorganized, partime schedule(summers off w/no pay), can tend to have lack of communication, dosn't defend employees when needed.
On a typical day i monitor activity on special needs busses and interact with children with various mental and physical disabilities while being transported to and from school.
