Hockey Manager (Former Employee) – TX – February 17, 2017
No training, lack of structure, low pay, under staffed, over worked, and they need new upper level management. There are a lot of great people in the organization. It is nice to get free tickets, but they are nose bleeds seats.
Associate (Former Employee) – Frisco, TX – June 12, 2016
I really think that the LOVE of hockey is what keeps people working for this mismanaged joke of a company. The firm is ran by misogynistic men that do not have a clue about running a successful business. Cute young girls (with little going on in their heads) are promoted quickly to meaningless positions. Everyone else has to work like slaves to prove their worth.Perhaps this is a normal occurrence in professional sports. I have nothing against hockey and learned to enjoy the game, but this new affinity was not enough to keep me at a company that rewards airheads and scorns hard-working people.

Upper management does not have a clue of how clueless they are
