Work was consisted of building axles for different types of equipment. Such as semi trailers and construction equipment. The hole thing was a learning experience because I never did that type of work before. Cleaning parts, Stacking equipment, documenting shipments. Fun, friendly managment and co-workers. Heavy lifting was the hardest part of the job. The most enjoyable part was having something productive to do with my day.

I ran a different machines doing light to mid Industrial work. Light maintenance as well. I was only a temp to hire worker there for the summer and a few of the management personally came up to me and asked if I wanted to sign up for various other jobs and machine repair. I was happy to but I then later found out only people in the union could get those – more... jobs. I was almost hired into the union and was laid off before hand. – less

This was one of my favorite jobs. This is a company that will give you all you can handle and more if you ask for it. The team work, professionalism and friendship makes it easy to learn and to do your very best. The amount of information and number of parts can be overwhelming at first, but there is always someone who will provide a quick answer or – more... source for it. Overall i loved my job. The work enviroment and my team members was great. I started from the bottom and made my way up to management. While I manage the my store we lead in sales everymonth except two.I learnded alot from this position. I learned the true importance of management in any company.

Overall a decent job just wish they didn't close and move to Germany.I would have and did recomend this job,it was family oriented safety was always first and everyone got along(team work)thats a must.

Management good, except in their lack of discretion on who they actually hire in direct.

work is good except when you get many samples that you must test and approve those samples so that they can continue with their induction because the is one person per shift and there four department that you must support

verificar en un chequeo rapido el funcionamiento de toda la linea,tube la gran suerte de concretar cursos de soldadura de seguridad,cursos de manejo plc,curso de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo,el dialogo en toda la linea fue muy bueno,lo mas dificil fue tener que mejorar dispositivos para seguridad del trabajador luego del accidente,el ambiente – more... era de mucha convivencia. – less
