We are looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist to assist in the recruitment and placement of senior software sales and marketing executives. In this role, you will be mentored by a very accomplished sales executive and have an outstanding opportunity to work with some of the best talent in the industry, make great money and have fun. That said, we expect a lot out of you: You love money and want to start making a lot of it now, right? You must be self-motivated, have excellent time management skills and can stay focused.

> We expect you to be able to network, network, network and build a world-class database of talent in your given market.
> We expect you to develop the knowledge, skill, and screening questions for each position; researching, targeting, and cold-calling potential candidates using search engines and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Jigsaw, etc.) building personal networks; calling referrals; conducting phone screens, interviews, and completing reference checks.
> You have to be able to take direction and partner with our executives to ensure we are delivering the right talent to our clients.
> You must always be your talent’s best advocate and champion and accurately represent the interests of your candidates to your internal and external customers.
> You must be coach-able, trainable and have a good sense of humor.
