Company is in a heavy transition period , might be sold, upper management does not provide nor has any desire to provide assistance. Training provided is by illiterate employees with 7 months on the job. Ive seen people fired for asking for help. What kind of culture is that?

The people who gave a good review have not worked for a good company with pro vs cons. There is no structure. Upper management treat employee like lower class. They ride around in there big cars and we starve. The largest turn over I've ever seen. People are on drugs and child molesters are employed which can be verify on the internet.

Sales team driven by company leads. Leads can run dry and sales environment is very competitive and can be frustrating. Days are short because sales staff is only given 1-3 leads with an average of 2 which means your day is generally over in 3-4 hours.
